Is it possible to remove a listing after it expires from MLS in N.E. Ohio for 45 days then relist to clear existing DOM?

I would never recommend you do that... if you loose "the" buyer while it is off the market then you hurt yourself way more then helped... ANY buyer agent worth anything will take one click of the mouse to see how long the house has really been for sale...

Hope that helps some...

Existing DOM isn't the problem. CDOM is. Property, as I understand, must be off market for 45 days to be given a 'fresh look' on the market, = '1/1' . When NORMLS and CRIS multiple listing services combined we started having DOM/CDOM appear on paperwork in the MLS. CDOM is "Cummulative Days on Market". HOWEVER, no matter what you do, an 'archive' search can be conducted to see the history of any given property.
