Yes, it is in contract, but what is more important is that you've been eying it for a long time and never went to see it! Despite the doom and gloom presented by the media, good homes that are priced right are selling! This home had signed contracts with in a month of coming on the market.
The homes are are well-priced and in great condition are more rare than they are common. You need to work with an agent who knows the area and can identify when it is important get get out and see a good property quickly.
