Dear Gentleperson, I need help, my client will be viewing Trulia site tomorrow with family members and I do not want to look like a dummy! Home is a Featured Listing, loacted at 11875 175th Pl, Redmond WA 98052, price $777,000. How do I get the front of home photo to be the first one view? How do I load missing photos? There is a link to Coldwell Banker and all of the photos show up there! It is #:21 pm PST and I need a call as soon as possible 425 881-0696. Moe Levy
Hi Moe,
too late for this (Christmas and all...) but Trulia is the one real estate portal with the most "errors" in importing data (Jim covered that already). It is also the site where you as the listing agent have the least influence about the accuracy ot the data. This is the bane (not Bain ;-) of today's internet property marketing.
Best, Gerhard
MOe,
I would explain to them that the IDX (internet Data Exchange) sometimes picks up different data from different sources. I've noticed this on some of my listings as well. My homes are listed in two local MLS systems and the IDX seems to be the reason this happens. I've never spent any tme looking into it so I'm sorry I can't help more on short notice.
