I'd like to sell my present home (48906) and possibly buy a new home.

FIRST ANSWER

Not if you are buying another home. Prices are down compared to last year, however inventory is also dropping, which is good news. I have attached a complete report on the 1st qt. 2009 below. I would be happy to provide you a CMA on your house if needed. (Request attached)
