If we are wanting to sell in the next couple years, with news of even higher inflation coming, would it be best to sell now instead of waiting?

What are your short and long term goals? All is based on hear say than fact we can't look in crystal ball. Based on value of home great time place a home on market with $8K tax credit realtors are busy with these clients.

Dee,

Each individual situartion is different...and selling or holding should largely depend upon your individual needs. Some people with the financial resources are electing to wait it out while others are resorting to cutting their losses now and moving on with the hopes of saving on their future purchase.

Your choice should be one that meets you and your family's personal needs. Some decisions are very difficult and require people to seemingly move in the wrong direction to eventually arrive at where they need to be.

Good luck
