It is a 4BR/2BA home with 2300 square feet and sold for $179,900. In the last year, there have been 2 others sell through our MLS and they are located at 110 Meadowlane, a 3BR/2BA with 2091 square feet and sold for $167,500 and one of our listings, located at 409 Brandon, a 4BR/2BA with 2938 square feet, which sold for $190,000.
