Call several area agents and pose as a potential buyer requesting additional info. See who returns your calls and is efficient. you may be surprised. Then take this short list of possibilities and check out their Internet presence. Not their Company website but all the other sites. They should be using 15 to 20 Internet sites and the content should be grade A. Many good photos, descriptions, agent bio, ect.
After this editing process before you sign get firm committments as to just what Newspaper Inernet site they plan to use.
