You can get your home on Trulia, Realtor.com, Google, Yahoo and more by getting a Flat Fee listing. This is like paying for advertising on the Realtors network of websites. To find out more visit http://www.LiFlatFeeListing.com

To answer your question - No you can't, you will need to pay $500 to list it on the MLS.

Hi Martha,

Send me your home address at nilda.tejada@coldwellbanker.com and I will be MORE then HAPPY to send you some tips and helpful hints. While I do agree with my fellow Realtors that you should hire a Realtor to market your home, I understand the need to try and do it yourself. I feel that once you try it and see how much is involved, you will want to get a Realtor. I am here to help you in any way that I can, with no charge to you,and will send you as much information as I can. The only thing that I need is your home address. And remember, Coldwell Banker M & D Goodlife and I will be there to help you with whatever advice, tips or information that you may need. All free of charge!
Better yet, you can call me at 631-680-0079 and we can start right away to selling and marketing your house!

Hi Martha,
You are very smart wanting to advertise your home on Trulia. It is one of the most visited sites for buyers.
But, it is only for real estate agent listing. I will be happy to help list it here, as your agent or I could give you other ideas to market your property.

Did you say you wanted to sell your home, or list it on Trulia?
The truth is that listing your home on Trulia, even if you could, would sell it.
The buyer that first sees the home they purchase sees it with a Realtor 90% of the time.
If selling homes was easy, we'd all be out of a job.

Talk with three Realtors, ask them for an estimate seller's net proceeds. You do the math. Odds are that after you pay the buyer's agent fee, you are hoping to save one or two percent. What happens if your home DOES NOT SELL? 86% of owners eventually list with a Realtor. good lluck

Hi Martha,

Trulia is a great marketing tool. Unfortunately, all the current listings are through realtors. Many of the 50+ websites that we use to market homes are only available through a realtor. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me privately, cori.kaplan@cbmoves.com.
