We are looking to rent a horse property in Wellington on a year round basis. We need 8 stalls and have no particular requirements for a house, other than it be livable. E-mail me back at flagship957@cs.com if your property is so equipped or better!

Hello,
My dad has a real estate company called Nestler - Poletto Sotheby's and he could help you rent your home.
How much are you looking to lease your home for?
My sister may be interested in lease it, because she has a horse and would like a horse property of her own.
Thank you

Hi S. Kahn,
I specialize in Equestrian property. I am very active. I have a table at The Jockey Club at Palm Beach International Equestrian Club in season and a tailgate at Polo. When would you like to rent it? Where is it located? The equestrian season is over. The WEF hunter/show jumping/dressage ended in early April and Polo ended middle to late April. What type of stables do you have? Amenities? Obviously the more high end or state of the art barn will fetch more $$$. Email me directly at bnola2001@yahoo.com. This year with the new owners of PBIEC supposedly events are scheduled earlier including a holiday extravaganza. The National Horse Show will not be returning and will be hosted in Syracuse NY. Polo games will resume in January 2009 at IPC with training beginning in Nov/Dec. Either email me or call me (561) 309-3524 or bnola2001@yahoo.com

Dear Kahn, You could either call me at 561-350-3503 or email karina@lealusa.com with your property address, so I could give you a comparative market analysis, and after having the price/rental amount you would like to get, we can list your property for rent.
