If you are serious about selling your home first and foremost interview a few good agents and make sure its there full time job. Second do your research and how they market your property and attract buyers, and most importantly is price point, you might have a number in mind to sell your home, but it might not be market price. Like i tell all my sellers a your home is like your kids, you always think its the best, that is why realtors come into the picture so you can face reality.
