wanted to give you an update to my answer. The Rio Rancho Special Assessment District has been voted down.
Rio Rancho Land can take up to 2 years or more to sell depending on its location. The quickest way to sell would be under current market price. You also fall into the Special Assesment district which currently can have an impact on buyers speculating on purchase before the decision is rendered.
