Joel,
For top shelf REALTOR services in the area east of Rockwall out to Lake Fork, you need to contact Louise Thomas at Exit Realty - Pinnacle Group in Quinlan, Texas. Her number is 903-356-4700. Louise has 30 listings at the Villages! She knows what's happening out there and what the future plans are. When it comes to Hunt County real estate, Louise is the top subject matter expert. She has a whole page on her website just for the Villages. Don't waste your time with anyone else. To see her website go to: Fri Jul 11 2008, 11:50 Web Reference: http://www.buyahousefromlouise.com

How many golf lots are not built on in The Villages? Is the developer still selling (lots) in The Villages?
Are there many homes built around your lot yet. I have vast experience in golf and lake communities from the ground floor ( developer dirt only) to the finished 100% resale point. I am not familiar with your property but since I am not trying to get your listing I can use my experience to answer this question if I have more information. There are several varibles in selling lots and choosing the right Realtor. Margaret Wed May 14 2008, 07:02 Web Reference: http://www.century21LakeConroe.com

Select realtors and/or brokers that advertise and/or sell in that area. Then interview them. Ask them to bring with them some information on listing prices for lots in that development and/or area. Ask them to bring along their marketing program for their listings.

Never sell a property unless you have a real estate agent representing you. Contact a local agent you can comp your property they can list in MLS and other search engines. Time would be great considering alot of families are making buyer decisions on there homes over the next few months. GOOD LUCK
