Perhaps you would like to schedule an appointment at the house to determine the proper market value in order to price the house to sell quickly. Check out our website: http://www.raveis.com Office line-401-846-3800

Hi Rick,

Every piece of real estate is unique and needs to be treated differently. To blindly put out a value on your home is not fair to you. What you need to have done is what the other two agents are suggesting, have a comparative market analysis done on your property. In doing this you will also get a feel for the agent's individual styles. You must not only be comfortable with the agent you choose, but also trust one of your most valuable assets to this agent.

The way a comparative market analysis works is that we pull recent sales, current properties for sale and compare them to yours adjusting up and down for the unique features associated with each property.

Let me know if I can be any assistance to you during this process.

Good Luck,
Chris

Hello,

Most homes are going at or below the assessed value these days. If you would like, please go to http://www.WaterMarkRealtyRI.com and click on "your homes value". Fill in the details and I will do a no cost CMA via email and if you would like, we can follow up with a complete CMA face to face. You can also put the address in and see what homes sold for in general in your immediate area. I offer a multitude of unique selling services as well which you will see on the web site.

As soon as I get the details I will prepare the info for you ASAP!

Thank you,

I would think that the value is right around the appraised value. But there are many factors involved. Please let me know if you would like to recieve a no obligation, no cost analysis.

Also, please visit my website for local housing data.

Thank you.
