Unless the property has multiple units that could be divided up in 4 equal parts and sold as condos I would not see any way to do that. I would think that if you were to try and sell your share to a stranger that your other relatives would now have a partner that they dont know it could be trouble for them.
The other relatives could pull equity out of the property and buy you out or just agree to sell the property.
