Statement that I did not know I had. I have two questions. If I went to sell my co-op, am I required to "satisfy" this judgement? Is it like a lien against the property (even though it does not appear so)? How does a lien look on a credit report, or are they one and the same? next, what should I do from here in determining if I make a sale what the potential consequences would be? I do not owe a mortgage on this home and would like to know if this judgement impacts a sale, and in what way(s). Thanks for any help.
