If you are looking for the price a property was sold, you can contact your county assessor. They should be able to provide you with the answer.
You could also try http://www.zillow.com.
If you want to know the VALUE of a property, then I recommend asking a REALTOR.

I did take some time to give you advice on how to go about finding the answer to your question. Once the property actually closes, it takes a few days to several weeks to be recorded, depending upon the county in which the property is located. Good luck in your search.

I believe you requested sales data info for a property in TN in your first question. As a NJ and FL broker, I do not have access to the sales data for TN.

When a TN agent has that data, I am sure you will receive a response.
