I am very sorry to hear of your situation. I have a great referral for you.
I recommend interviewing three Realtors, and part of your questions need to cover these areas:

1. My husband and I are divorcing, how can you assure me that you will protect both our interests?

2. In the course of the sale my stress level will be very high, what can you do to minimize my stress?

3. You will need to work with my husband. What will you do if he does not cooperate?

5. I need to sell my home with minimal fuss and for top dollar, as quickly as possible. Can you do that, and if so, tell me how?

6. Although we are divorcing it is imperative that this matter be kept private so it does not affect the sale. How can you assure me that no one will know that we are divorcing?

One of the classic errors I see in listings is "Divorce forces sale" or something to that affect. This is a private matter. IF a Buyer finds out that you HAVE to sell, that weakens your bargaining position. I tell the couples I help the following ground rules:
1. We are doing this as a three party team. I am the captain. You both need to commit to me that when we need to talk about the sale, the discussion will be focused on the issue at hand, not any personal issues or problems.
2. When we need signatures or to communicate, you must both be reachable at all times during the sale unless you provide me with prior notice.
3. Your divorce is not public knowledge. I will not disclose it to anyone. You should not either.
