I need to know the value of a 1 bd, 1 bath, family home on a double lot in the year 2000 for tax purposes,

located in Powell, WY 82435. Can you help me with this?

I think what you need is a BPO, or Broker Price Opinion. Most Realtors can provide such an valuation estimate upon request. If you are unable to find one, please ask our Trulia list and I am sure someone can refer you to a qualified Realtor.
