I'm looking for hard money lenders in Alpena Co., Michigan for rehab of an old stone cut farmhouse.
I haven't decided whether I want to flip this as a fixer or do the rehab work before I sell it. I'm looking into the availability of money right now. Are there any agents in the area that could help me decide?
