Pat
As I read your post, I think you possibly could have meant on this site in particular. If that is the case, the answer unfortunately is no. Trulia only accepts agent/broker listings. If you are doing a FSBO, you may find the thread attached to the link below interesting. It will be more coherent if you start with the first post at the bottom. In the information given there is a reference to postlets .com. While their home page would lead a FSBO to believe that in posting with them you would automatically get a listing on trulia and zillow. This will not happen. As I stated earlier in this post, trulia only accepts agent/broker listings and along with that, postlets will only syndicate to zillow if you are an agent/broker. You must submit to zillow on your own. Good luck.

You sure can Pat. As a matter of fact some realtors such as myself are very happy to help you. I can help you with ad composition, placement, marketing possibilities, the correct publications to use etc. The more I know about your home the better equiped I am to assist you. Hopefully, you and I can build a trust relationship and then if one of my buyers really wants your house you can reciprocate possibly with a prenegotiated fee of your choosing. Looking forward to helping you! Sarah Garrett 239-464-8620
Yes, it is not as easy as you think. I would suggest a Realtor to get it done for you.
Hi Pat - you bet! As was already suggested, http://www.craigslist.org is a great site for FSBO. I also suggest using http://www.postlets.com. It allows you to post to several different FREE sites, allowing greater exposure.
As an additional recommendation, while you may not be interested in using an agent to list your home, you may want to consider offering a commission to an agent who could represent your potential buyer - it could provide a greater source of interested parties. Understand that if you do work with a buyers agent, they represent the interested ONLY of the buyer.
Best of luck!

We see the majority of FSBO sellers who end up with a licensed agent in the end, so even though you have not disclosed where you are from... I would recommend that you get a professional to help you. Its a tough market for sellers out there right now. The For Sale By Owner concept worked better when it was a sellers market.... anyone could sell a home it seemed at that time.
In any case, best of luck.
Don
Yes you can. Try zillow.com also.
