I live on a dirt road with only a few houses. All the the houses are modular homes. A real estate company
had decided to build 14 stick built homes for average of $215k. The houses are not yet built. I was just wondering if i decided to sell when would be a good time?

FIRST ANSWER
As development happens in an area, and services and roads are created, it helps property values. See if you can get hold of the area development plans from the County and the schedule. You could also ask the developer of the new homes what plans they have for roads and services. The completion of the project may help your home values.
