Please keep me in mind when you decide to sell. If the price is right, I'd like to purchase a little horse property in this area. I've been in El Paso for 25+ years (originally from Wash DC/Virginia/Maryland area) and would like to settle here eventually with a horse or two.

EastCoast, you need a local Realtor who is well informed about the area in general, has lived in the area for a long time, and is also familiar with land sales or commercial properties... If you need help to find such an agent, I would gladly recommend one or two of my trusted partner agents in that area of Texas... But that is what you need, someone who knows the area truly well and can therefore find a pricing and market value for you.
