difference is I have 56 acres with a 2696 sq home and a 4 bed/2ba remodeled mobile. 20 acre fenced pasture and 4-stall barn, large commercial garage priced at 750,000 by my realtor. Only one showing in six months. My contract is up the end of this month and I'm not sure what to do. FSBO? Relist? We have a friend who is a property auctioneer and have also thought about this route. What do you think? Property is located in St. Johns County, Florida.

You do have a very unique property who will only appeal to someone looking for such a property. First if you auction, you should note that auctions will bring more potential buyers however auctions bring all people looking for a deal, so you may receive alot less than on teh open market. However where it is unique, it may generate the interest you need to move it. Selling it yourself is tough, you need to find a realtor who specializes in selling your type of property, not anyone can take this on and get it sold. make sure they have knowledge in this field and they will advertise in the right places. good luck with your sale.

This appears to be a very unique property and likely to have a very small buyer pool. Since the property is in Florida, you may wish to repost there in the hopes of getting some answers from people who have experience selling this type of property.
