I have sold a mobile home on a small lot. Who do I contact for legal documents needed?
I have sold a mobile home on a small lot. Do I contact an attorney for the finalization of the sale, a title co., or a real estate attorney? The mobile home will be transferred I believe just as an automobile would be, but the lot would be sold as real estate.

No it as easy as selling a car GREAT QUESTION
Contact Real Estate agent who can handle all the paperwork apparently SOLD means everything is completed you must have a buyer interested in purchasing property.
Sales of any real estate laws must be followed.
