It has not been listed in any of the places(like here at Trulia etc) in the MLS homes for sale as I was promised it would be,I spoke to him about that and he keeps promising it will show up,but it has not and this is going on for about two months now...the MLS number for the home I am selling at 1989 Ottawa Drive,Las Vegas ,NV is 936457.I want as many potential buyers as possible to be aware of this listing, any thoughts on this? thank you!
Update-----
Because I found that the listing had erroneous information on the realtor .com site and also that I was never given copies of the agreement signed I am now seeking a withdrawal of the listing of this home ,I have emailed both Linda Akiki his broker and also this was forwarded to Mr.Boot the selling agent---
I now know they never intended to place pictures of the interior on the internet listing as they kept promising me that they would do so at my request since May when I signed with Mr.Boot.
Here are the letters, both mine and the sole response I received from the firm known as "Bootgroup"but not signed by any individual.Lastly my response to the email from "Bootgroup"again requesting a withdrawal of the house listing,as of this writing,I have not heard back with confirmation that they will do this in a quick manner and the listing still appears on realtor .com
Dear Linda Akiki,
This notice is in regard to my property 1989 Ottawa Drive,Las Vegas,NV.
The sale of this home has been handled by agent Malcolm Boot.
I would like this listing withdrawn due to conflict of interest and errors in the description and lack of interior pictures as it appears in the MLS listing at realtor.com.
I would also like to receive copies of the papers signed with Mr.Boot including the beginning and ending dates of the listing agreement.
I receive no contact back when inquiring with Mr.Boot on the status of the home sale.
If these requests are not met within 48 hours,I will file a formal complaint on both this agent and broker.

Tatiana,
Thank you for coming back to follow up. If you have in fact canceled the listing, I would love the opportunity to market and sell a home in such a lovely community.
After the experience you've described I'm sure you weary about hiring another agent, so be sure to ask me about my Easy Exit Listing Guarantee. You can get all my info and see past client testimonials by clicking on my profile.

Thank you for your thoughts on this,I appreciate it so much.
Two weeks ago I drove to Las Vegas to speak with Mr.Boot in person about the photos and proper listings that were absent,he promised me that this would be taken care of immediately,7 new pictures showing full detail of the home were to be in these listings, the listings or new pictures never appeared, and I received no contact back from him on this matter by phone or email when I attempted to ask him about this.
I after some thought, have given this broker notice via email that I wish to cancel the agreement of him handling the sale of my home.
I did not feel that this agent was in my best interest, this was our family home in which we lived for thirty years, and placing it on the market was a very serious decision,so the home needs a reliable broker.
I found the home on realtor.com. It had only ONE photo and that was of the exterior. You really need to tell your realtor to have 8 photos of the home on realtor.com. Yes, he/she will have to pay extra to have more than the minimum but that's where marketing comes in. You hired the realtor to MARKET your home. Let's see it.
Hello Tatiana,
Most listings make it to real estate websites automatically through a data feed system. There may be some caveats though that your agent is not aware of.
I serve the Las Vegas Association of Realtors on the Technology Committee, so this issue is one that I address frequently. Feel free to have you agent contact me for assistance.
On a related note; Your property is featured on Realtor.com, which draws more views than Trulia and Zillow combined. I hope that eases your mind a little!
Let me know if I can be of service.
Kind regards,

I completely understand why you'd want your home to appear on trulia as well as hundreds of other internet websites. Online exposure with lot's of great pictures is key in generating interest from buyers these days.
If you're not happy with your agent and they aren't correcting the problem, I suggest you speak with their broker to resolve the issues before trying to get the listing released.
Best of luck, and I hope you'll come back to let us know how everything works out.
Good answer from the Ballen Group (hi!). I will also not talk badly about another Realtor or brokerage. I agrees with the Ballens advice of talking to the managing broker if services were promised and not delivered. My second piece of advice is to always remember - you get what you pay for - in this business. It is a common mistake to think all agents and brokerages are created equal. THEY ARE NOT. Each individual company has their own marketing strategy and each agent has their own marketing plan. When interviewing agents to sell your home be sure to ask where your home will be marketed (online, print ads, etc.). On the internet, make sure you know on which sites (if any) your listing will be syndicated.
Best of luck,

Hi Tatiana,
It is very obvious that you are upset, and it is understandable. We never talk bad about another las Vegas Realtor, but just like any other service, if you are unhappy - let it be known. You may consider putting it in writing that you want to see your property on Trulia and any other sites you suggest. Your Realtor should comply. If there is a reason, he should disclose it to you. You can contact theh broker if you are unable to get your desires met.
We wish you the best!
