First . . . never, never, never divulge personal information on these online portals as it is rather easy to look up your contact info and identify the properties in question and you will now be inundated with solications. My suggestion to you at this point is to delete this question ASAP!
Sawmill currently has 23 properties availble for sale ranging from $90k to $205k. While your offer of $110k is gracious, most of my investors are seeking .60 on the dollar of real market value in the unpredictable market.

Having tenants in the properties makes it slighlty more complex, but certainly you may sell your properties any time you choose. There is also existing law which makes it possible to give tenants 60 days notice if the property is sold, as long as the purchaser intends to occupy the property themselves, since they are condo's.
