What you want to do is to interview several agents and find out how they plan to market your home. How many web sites will it go to? I have in the past two weeks looked at 3 homes that sound similar to yours. The shock is that they all need to priced the high 600's to the high 700's. This is due to the greater Atlanta area being classified as a distressed area. Until that goes away prices are general about 15% low.

Good Luck

There is a difference between an agent that has the buyer for this home and the best agent to market your property.

Would you go to a podiatrist for brain surgery?

Find the best agent who can market property and list with them.

They then will make sure that other agents and buyers find the that the property is for sale and that it is presented in a good light.

For that high end o a home, make sure they do a professional video (not a virtual tour) and that they will place it all over the internet.

I am not licensed in GA, but can try to recommend someone.

Best of luck!

Sounds like a gorgeous home! My advice would be to look online or in your local real estate magazines and find those agents who currently list and sell properties such as your. Get information on several and begin the process of interviewing them. I am sure that after sitting down with a few qualified agents you will get a good feel of how they would market your property. From there is would be a decision on your part as to which agent you feel is best to market and sell your home. Best of luck! If you are looking for a referral in your area, please messageor call me and I can give you some suggestions.

Best of Luck!!
