Hello Jose.
I am looking at my company's Prudential Gouglas Elliman system right now, trying to figure out your apartment. Unfortunately many of the apartments in your coop do not display square footage. Although I am looking at one that does, and matches your size but not the bedroom description, I'm not sure if there were any renovations done to it in the last four years??? In fact there is nothing showing in the building with 5 bedrooms, that's why I am thinking you might have added a bedroom. You also mentioned that it wsa three apartments that were combined? I see one listing with three apartments already listed with a Brokerage, and I also see two apartments which were combined.
Are you the seller who is listed with a brokerage since March, and just curious if you are priced right, or are you toying with the idea of putting your property up for sale?
Please feel free to give me a call or send me an email to work and help me fill in the blanks.

Looking forward to hearing back from you Jose
Kind Regards
~Alen, M.

Sounds great, Jose. The market price of your apartment is going to depend on some variables: which floor, condition of apartment, amenities of the aparment, comparable property near that building.

According to one database your building stats are:

active sales listings: $997 per ft² (avg)
previous sales listings: $1,357 per ft² (avg)
recorded sales: $1,310,000 (avg price)

If you want a more definite answer, you would do well to speak to a few Realtors and ask them to conduct a CMA for you.

Good luck and feel free to contact me, privately.
