I have a portfolio of approx 30 homes (new construction & REO, 2006 & 2007) to sell in Fort Worth.

Where can I find investment portfolio buyers? I would sell multiple units at a discount.

I am not a real estate agent. I live in CA. Several friends and I invest in the DFW area. We are always looking for properties to purchase. We would be interested in seeing what you have available. You can email me at; chillywind@sbcglobal.net

Contact me, I can list them for you at a discounted rate. Getting them on the MLS would be my advise.

We represent investment buyers that are always looking for good deals as well.

Are they scattered all over Fort Worth? Are they occupied by tenants? do they cashflow? Are you in default with any of them? Depending on the answers, you may be able to sell a few in a bundle and some may need to be sold individually. You will still need a Realtor check them out and see what the best course of action is.

You probably want to attend one of the upcoming REO conferences. Portfolio buys are becoming more common and there will likely be investors at the conferences that want portfoloio purchases. I have run across some websites in the past when people e-mailed me about portfolio purchases as well. Not sure if they are legitimate or not, but you can likely do a google search on them. Are you the owner of the homes or a Realtor?

Justin,

Mayvbe I can help. I represent an investor in the UK that is always on the prowl for equity and has acquired small portfolios in the past. 30 may be too many but maybe there is a way to package these up into smaller groups that may work. Why don't we discuss this offline? Call or email when you have a chance.

Thanks. Look forward to hearing from you.
