It has been listed since August of last year. We have reduced the price 2 times. Why can't I find it?

Trulia listings seem to fall out of their database from time to time. I send Trulia all of our ADDvantage listing through RSS feed and do experience difficulties at times.

Your Realtor has to set up a Trulia account. Has he/she done this?

Check with your Realtor. Not every Realtors posts the listings on Trulia. You will find some Realtors only post on the MLS and Realtor.com, while others post on lots of websites. I personally post on over 50 websites, but each Realtor chooses what they feel is best.

The most probable source for your best answer would be your REALTOR. You might also try to Google for your street address.
