Just curious, but why lease to buy? You might be better off just leasing it. My guess is that would appeal to a larger market.

Contact a realtor YES they can assist in lease purchase. Dont assign title till the home is paid in full.

A Realtor can list your home as a lease option. These have been very popular for buyers who are not quite ready to purchase but would still like the benefits of having that option. Consult with a local Realtor who is experienced in selling lease options and have them explain all the pros and cons to you.
