Good evening Ms. Kathie, of course ALL realtors love listing homes. I do as well. My focus would be on getting your home sold as quickly as possible for the highest and best possible price but also making sure your tenant is taken care of as well. I have over 17 years of experience selling homes in Indianapolis. My best asset is customer satisfaction. I am professional but down to earth honest person. You can ask you friends, family or co workers the name of the realtor they used. I would interview several realtors and go with who you feel a connection with. Consider interviewing in person a few local agents from different realty offices, then choose the one you like best and who has the most to offer; ask what marketing strategies will be implemented; what plans will be put in place to coordinate meetings with buyers; what feedback/communication can you expect and with what frequency; will data be supplied to help establish a fair and marketable asking price; will buyers be pre-screened and required to have mortgage pre-approvals when submitting offers, etc.; then go from there...
