Glen, speaking as REALTOR in Spring Hill - we have buyers! That being said, they are, as you would be, wanting the "biggest bang for their buck". So, if you have a property to sell clean it up - inside and out, find a great REALTOR who will use the internet to get maximum exposure for your property and discuss pricing in detail with that agent so that you come up with a winning strategy. You'll be on your way to Jacksonville in no time flat!

Hi Glen, I've got quite a few buyers looking in Spring Hill...the question is "how much do you need to get?"

There are quite a few sellers in Hernando County right now...the vast majority of which are overpriced for the market. Homes that are priced well are usually sold within just a few weeks. Everything else sits until the seller eventually comes to grips that the market "is what it is".
