It is tough to answer without seeing the property. Two mobiles sold in Alba for all of last year, one for significantly more but it had 3.5 acres and access to Lake Fork. The other one was less but had access to a boat ramp on Lake Fork. There are currently three on the market priced ranging from $25K to $73K but have been on the market for at least 189 days. I would suggest contacting a local agent to assist in identifying the right price to move your property quickly.
