I have a 3bdrm home with 5 1/2 city lots for sale. I have priced it below the last appraisal amount and need

to sell it quickly. It is in morgantown, wv which does not seems to have been affacted by the market as this is a thriving community. In any event without listing with a realtor, what would be the best way to sell quickly?
