Nina's answer is right on... it depends on what's most common in your area, but I'd also consider whether or not your garage conversion is up to par. Some are done very nicely and add value to the home, while other garage conversions are just plain ugly and end up detracting from the home's appeal. My advice would be to have a Realtor assess the situation for you, so you have solid advice based on area trends.
Hi! Take a look at homes in your area and do a comparison. Do most homes have a garage or is square footage the norm. If you find that most homes have a garage than most likely buyers looking to live in your area may want a garage.
