I have a KOI Farm to Sell. The man that own it is 85 years old and has not been running it. It's real nice,

the largest KOI farm in the U.S. 27 lakes on 30 acres with seven different kinds of KOI. How do I Market?

To be a little nicer about it there is an agent to agent section that Pam wants you to ask this question in.
I see nothing wrong with this question as long as no one minds the buyers and sellers seeing the answers. LOL
I see none
If you do nor have a good P & L statement, and do not have a good manager of a property like this you are in trouble.
If this is the owner you are stuck, If it is the manager , it will cost less to continue to pay the gentleman
( I can't fire someone that age) but to also hire someone else to "assist him".
Now if you want just the real estate ( dirt ) value only there is no problem, but f ou are selling a KOI it needs to be pleasing and running with a profit.
