I have a FSBO listing on Postlets. Can I automatically link it to Trulia? Or must a broker do that?

Carrie,

To elaborate on my previous answer, Trulia only accepts agent/broker represented listings. While Zillow will accept a FSBO listing, you must enter it yourself. You may create an ad on Trulia in the blog section and post your Postlets link there as well as a youtube video and photos, but the blog machines some agents are, it will soon be buried, unless you post a comment from time to time in the comment section. As a FSBO, you may be interested in the blog attached to the link below. Good luck.

Postlets only feeds agent/broker represented listings to Trulia and Zillow.

I think it will automatically feed, but it might take a day or two. That's how it works with agent listings, and I don't see Postlets doing it any different than with agents. Obviously though, I'm not certain of that since I've never posted a FSBO.
