In order to determine if your home is priced correctly, It would be wise to have a Real Estate Professional do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on your property. Are you currently listed with a Real Estate Professional? If so, you need them to assist you with that information. Once your under contract with another Real Estate Professional, we can't assist you until that agreement has expired or have been terminated. If you are currently listing your property, "For Sale by Owner", then email me your complete name, address, phone, and email address and I will assist you with that information.
