Thanks for the frank answer. I do see many FL agents talk about fiduciary care and clients best interests when in fact they have a customer relationship not a client relationship. Worst yet, FL has presumed transactional brokerage so no discussion with consumer is required since it is presumed everyone understands to what extent they are getting represented. The only thing i would add is that the opposite of transactional brokerage is not dual agency, but designated agency.
