Again excellent advice by Trulia realtors! Did you discuss with your agent why you want to take it off the market? Perhaps he/she can help.

Definitely, you need to check again what the listing agreement stipulate for early cancelationj of the
contract.

Your Realtor cannot make you keep your home on the market but there may be stipulations to taking it off the market. This all depends on what you signed with your agent. Look over your contract and the listing terms will be in there.

You agent cannot make you sell or lease your house. You can change your mind about selling it. However, your agent may give you a conditional withdrawal which would mean that you could not list with another agent for a period of time.

Good Evening,

This is a matter of the listing contract between you and your broker. You need to refer to the contract and address your concerns to the contracted agent, broker and possibly a real estate attorney.

No as long as it is presented to your realtor in writing...you control the listing.
