I had a broker only open house, and because the brokers went to town hall to pull my card, the assessor

snooped around and actually entered my home and went thru, checking on improvements made. Do I have legal rights that whatever she finds would not be admissible because she did not notify me in writting of her arrival? The town supervisor is protecting her employee, of course??

If you had construction on home without city permits it would be discovered . How can you anticipate sale a home without city permits for improvements?

Confer with attorney however city can fine for violations or request improvements removed from property.
