If you had construction on home without city permits it would be discovered . How can you anticipate sale a home without city permits for improvements?

Confer with attorney however city can fine for violations or request improvements removed from property.

Questions about "legal rights" belong in the legal arena....our recommendation is to consult an attorney for this information.

Good luck
