How do you find the sold properties? I can only find the active houses for sale.
HI Elag,
I am a Realtor in Fort Lee New Jersey, the town that directly borders on Leonia. I would be pleased to share information such as Sold, Under Contract, Active Listings with you. Please contact me directly, no obligation.
Thanks,
Adrienne Petrook
Hi Elag,
Use the below weblink for any property search in the future; after all this is public information and therefore freely available. You will also find additional good information on there such as past sales, current usage and zoning. Just be aware that recent sales take some time to show up. If you need more help with it, feel free to contact me.
Enjoy!

Elag,
If you are referring to using Trulia as a resiurce for "sold" homes, you can find them by following these steps:
1. In the address window enter the location of your targeted search
2. Click on "Find a Home"
3. Scroll down to and click on "recently Sold Homes"
Good luck
Sold properties can be found usually at a county assessor website or in some locations at a township office. If a website isn't available, visit the office and they should be able to direct you in the right direction. It if were a listed property with a real estate company, the information would be available to the Realtors. The web has made it easier is some areas, but it is not always easy to get without a visit to the public offices. Hart Bondi Licensed in Iowa and Illinois Mel Foster Co. Bettendorf, Iowa
you can e-mail me the addresses you are interested in and I can find out for you at mia@villonrealty.com as an agent I have more access to additional information.
