The info you have is from the mobile home that was on this property when we moved here in 2005. we immediately built the Hiline 2776 without the garage. It has 4 bedrooms plus a master suite on the main floor and a bonus room upstairs and 2.5 baths. It is on 5.33 acres It also has an outbuilding (shed) and a man-made pond. It would make a great horse prooperty.

I'm very familiar with the 2776 plan. I've sold several of them. I'm going to assume that you chose no upgrades since you didn't add the garage option. It will be tough to get $400,000. The last one of these I was involved with sold for $299,000 after 2 years on the market. It was out in Vaughn on 2.5 acres with a garage. I see you have only three photos of your home posted. You need more. You should be contacting your agent with any questions regarding marketing.
I just looked it up on the public records, which is where Trulia claims to get their info. Shows 2824sf, but no year built.
I'm not sure where Trulia pulls their information from. When I look up this address on the NWMLS, the 2776 highline comes up. Only 3 photos, though
