Hi Sharon,
As everyone below has stated you really should contact a local agent to get the facts. The market prices are changing daily/weekly in some areas, so you need to be prepared for that. If there are foreclosures in your neigborhood chances are that is going to bring down the values for a while. What city are you in? As I can refer you to an agent if you like that is in your area and will give you a an idea of what it may be worth in todays market.
Contact a local Realtor and see if they will do a CMA for you.
Hi have you ever tried Zillow http://www.zillow.com ? That is a great place to start. If your home is in Lee County FL area, I can also complete a Cyber CMA for you. If you e-mail me your information (nancy.doyle1@comcast.net) I would be happy to send you a CMA via e-mail. If your home is not in Lee county FL check websites in your area. A good local Realor will be able to do a Comparative Market Analysis for free for you which would tell what is selling in your area,at what price and how quickly they sold. They could then advise you on what price to list your home for a quick or slow sale depending on your needs.
