You need a Commercial Agent to handle the sale of your land. I would recommend that you look into a commercial brokerage in your area, or in the surrounding central coast area that understands your market.

I don't know your situation, so I don't know what program would best suit your need. If I were able I would analyze your situation (why you want to sell, timing, how much you'd like to net, evaluate the market, and discuss your options.

Even if you opt to sell without professional representation I would recommend at least interviewing some Realtors so you can obtain a realistic idea of your options. If it turns out that you need to hire a pro, then you'd be all set.

If you want to sell it by your self, to marketed by your self ,to negotiate with buyers by your self ,and close the transaction by you self THEN: YOU PUT IT AS !!~ BY OWNER~!! another good option is to use a REALTOR.
