Gbeas although Trulia is a great place to have your home advertisied, your best bet is to list it with a qualified real estate agent. You will then expose your home to thousands of real estate agents and their buyers. Besides it is much harder to sell a home in this market and you for sure need an agent to help you get to the closing table.

I see you are from Ann Arbor if your home is there I would highly recommend Missy Caulk - she will get the job done.

It seems it can be now. Below is a copy and pasted quote from Emily of Trulia.

"I'll try to clarify as best as I can. Trulia does not currently include FSBO listings within our search results, however home sellers can purchase advertising on our site just as agents can purchase Local Spotlight ads that show up on various pages of our site - usually on the right side. These ads are completely separate from our search results. "

Trulia is not a forum for advertising homes for sale by owner. Although you may find work-arounds to do so, I imagine Trulia would remove like postings if found.
