I am looking to sell my house located @110 S Cambridge Ave in Ventnor. The house is the third from the beach,
high end New construction. House is just under 5,000sq ft. What should it sell for?

FIRST ANSWER
I see that your house is already for sale. It's a fabulous home. But with 624 Days on the market it is obviously overpriced. You have a lot of competition. If you look at just new homes I'd say you will have to be below $1.8 million - that is your lowest price new competition. Then I would reduce every two weeks.
