I am looking to sell my home in Queen City, TX. It has had over $10,000 worth of improvement to it with the latest being a bathroom remodel in Aug
of this year. I want to sell it but I am unsure of what the asking price would be. I think that the market is picking up but since the house is in the NE Piney woods area how much should I ask? Also how do I find a qualified buyer?
