Depending on your situation, we may be able to stop the process by buying your note from the lender and helping you get refinanced at 80% of the current market value of your property giving you 20% equity in your property. Please call or email so we can discuss this.

Hello Home Seller,
I was forwarded this question from someone who knows we specialize in short sales in your area. We have an equity fund set up to purchase the properties we list so there is an immediate start to your short sale. No waiting around for a buyer as we already have it. Give me a call and I can come and meet with you at your house and write up a cash offer and put together a short sale package.
Whatever you do, make sure the agent you choose is actually involved in short sales. I have had to fix a lot of mistakes made by agents who aren't familiar with the arduous process.

Why not visit/call a few realty offices, interview a couple of agents and choose the one you like best, then take it from there--remember to choose your agent with care.
